Venetia Villa Condominiums

Venetia Villas Condominium are privately owned condominiums located near the Miami Lakes, Miami Gardens and Miramar area in South Florida. Our beautiful building has forty four condominiums which are conveniently located near to the Palmetto Expressway (826), 1-75 and the Florida Turnpike. Our Home Owners Association (HOA) is a non-profit organization run by a board of directors which are elected by the property owners of Venetia Villas Condominium. The property owners meet annually for HOA elections, to present the budget and we also have an open forum discussion for the property owners voice their concerns and feedback.

Elected Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Venetia Villas Condominium Homeowners Association hold a position of confidence and trust that has been bestowed on them by the owners of the community when they were elected to the board.  The Board Members are elected by homeowners and volunteer their time and knowledge to improve our community for our family and friends. “We take pride in our community and strive to make improvements that benefit the entire community.”
The elected Board of Directors are:

· Olga Catalano (President)

· John Chacon (Vice President)

· Caterine Pavicic (Treasure)

Each board and committee member has been entrusted with the duty to operate the association in the best interest of the association and its members. This trust places a significant burden on each director to ensure that they act in a manner that advances the interests of the association, even if it is contrary to their personal interests.  Board members will strive to operate the community affairs in a manner that is free of issues, such as: destructive personal agendas, interpersonal disputes, petty squabbles, time-consuming debates or speeches that prolong meetings, malicious or self-serving abuses of authority.  When Board members exercise their authority in this manner, they are upholding their fiduciary duty to their association.
