Below you will find all the forms that are needed in order to become a resident at Venetia Villas Condominium.  Please keep in mind that the residential application will not be reviewed unless all documents are submitted along with a nonrefundable application fee of $160.00 payable to Venetia Villas Condominium Association in the form of money order or check.  A $160 security deposit is required for any damages that my occur to the common areas of the building.

· Police Report for All Residents Over 18 Years Old (available at the Police Department)

· Copy of a Valid Government Issue ID for All Residents Over 18 Years Old

· Copy of Car’s Registration for all Vehicles

· We have a NO PET Policy; NO PETS Are Allowed

All Documents must be signed and dated. Please allow up to two weeks to receive final approval.
